With over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Shannon helps clients build long-term plans based on individual customized financial goals. She meets with clients to discuss their asset allocation, investment strategies, and to prioritize and monitor their future goals. Shannon excels in helping clients develop strategies for meeting their retirement goals so they can spend their time in retirement doing what they want to do, rather than worrying about whether they will run out of money.
In addition to helping individual clients reach their financial goals, Shannon works with business owners to offer retirement benefits for their employees. She holds several advanced designations including: Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA) and Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist (CRPS). These credentials validate her proficiency in this niche area.
Shannon graduated summa cum laude with her undergraduate degree from the University of Kentucky. She also earned her Master of Business Administration from Murray State University. She is a 2019 graduate of Leadership Owensboro, and was selected in 2017 as a 40 Under 40 by the Greater Owensboro Chamber of Commerce. She has been involved in many community organizations including the Owensboro Estate Planning Council (past President), March of Dimes of Western Kentucky (past Board Member), Daviess County Rotary Club, Owensboro Metropolitan Planning Commission Board of Adjustment (past board member), University of Kentucky Alumni Association, and BridgePointe Church (Finance Committee).
Shannon and her husband, Andy, have three daughters: Mallory, Natalie, and Audrey. They enjoy being outside, hiking, biking, running, swimming, and spending time with friends and family.
